The sampling flange assembly from Analytical Flow Technologies is a patented component designed to connect the Densitrak D625 density meter directly to pipelines of various diameters.The sampling flange is connected to an ANSI flange installed on the customer's pipeline. Special scoops are introduced into the pipeline, capture the liquid that enters the density meter, and after passing through it, it returns back to the pipeline. This system is widely and successfully used in the oil and gas industry. The length of the scoops depends on the diameter of the customer's pipeline and the height of the neck. The exciting scoop involves the installation of a pycnometer.
The anti-vibration kit for attaching the device to the sampling flange of Analytical Flow Technologies is usually used for installation in pipelines with an increased level of vibration, which negatively affects the operation and quality of the density meter measurements. The remote installation kit isolates the device from the pipeline, thus improving the quality of its operation. The standard length of the elastic hose is 1.5 m and can be adapted based on the user's requirements.
Removable protective cover for the D625 density meter. Many applications involve installing the Densitrak D625 outdoors under harsh environmental conditions. Abrupt climate changes, such as ice formation, direct sunlight, etc., can negatively affect the operation of the density meter. Analytical Flow Technologies recommends to supply a protective cover with all density meters installed outdoors.
